One Year Warranty

Your furniture is covered under one year limited warranty from Tetrad India. In an unlikely event that any Tetrad furniture or component under one year warranty should fail under normal workplace use as a result of defective material or workmanship, Tetrad promises to repair it. If unable to repair, we will replace it with comparable product.

What is covered under warranty?

All Product lines, materials and components are covered under One year warranty except for the items listed below.

Half Year warranty

All joinery fittings and hardwares like Hinges, Slides, Locks, Levelling bushes, Shutter lifts, Fliptops and access flaps are covered under half year warranty offered by respective OEM’s. In case of failure of these items under half year warranty period, Tetrad will repair it or replace if unrepairable.

In case of any failure, you may reach out to us either by phone or email and Tetrad service team will help you with the claim procedure.
